Fees on online payments
When a client pays through the portal, Stripe charges its processing fee and Tuyyo charges a 0.25% platform fee. Both come out of the payment — your client always pays exactly the invoice amount. Cash and checks you record yourself have no fee.
During the beta, online payments run in Stripe's test mode — use test cards; real payouts start at launch.

Is Tuyyo free?+
Yes — free during beta — no card needed. When the beta ends we'll email you before anything changes, and nothing is charged unless you add a card. Businesses that join during the beta keep the founding price ($14.99/mo (includes you) + $4.99/mo per extra seat) for 24 months after billing starts.
What will it cost after the beta?+
$24.99/mo (includes you) + $14.99/mo per extra seat. Pay yearly and it's $249.90/yr + $149.90/yr per extra seat — 2 months free.
Do my clients need to create an account?+
No. Each quote or invoice gets a secure private link. Your client opens it, signs or pays, and that's it — no passwords.
How do I get paid?+
Clients pay online by card or bank (ACH) through Stripe — Apple Pay and Google Pay where available — with payouts to your own Stripe account and bank. They can pay in full or in part. Cash and checks are recorded in a tap.
What fees are there on online payments?+
Stripe's processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per card payment, 0.8%, capped at $5.00 per ACH payment at Stripe's standard US rates) plus Tuyyo's 0.25% platform fee. Both come out of the payment — your client pays exactly the invoice amount. On a $1,000.00 card payment that's $29.30 to Stripe and $2.50 to Tuyyo; $968.20 reaches you. Payments you record yourself have no fee.
Can my crew use it too?+
Yes. Add team members as extra seats ($14.99/mo per extra seat after the beta, $4.99/mo per extra seat for founding members; free during the beta). They see the jobs and tasks assigned to them; billing, payouts and revenue stay with the account owner.
Is my data private?+
Every business's data is isolated from every other business's, team members only see what their role allows, and card details never touch Tuyyo — Stripe handles them. Our Privacy Policy has the details. Read the Privacy Policy.
